Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital products or downloadable items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning the item.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

- Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)
- Contact your bank
