Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed, please allow extra time for delivery before contacting us.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue is not resolved, contact us and we will assist where possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
